So good to be treated as a trusted and valuable

On Sunday we had guesst coming. I rushed to Pick n Pay to do some last minute shopping before they arrived, only to get to the till and find I had forgotten my wallet at home. I started returning the goods to the shelves when Mr Beukes came up to me and asked what the problem was. I explained I had forgotten my wallet and was returning the goods to the shelf. He told me not to worry, and asked the teller to process all the items. He then paid for them, and said I must just pop back to pay him back. He even offered for me to take the good with me. I said let me leave them here and I quickly shot home and came back and paid. <br> <br> What brilliant service it saved me at least 20 minutes of running around and fetching the goods again and it took a few minutes to pay back the money. Fantastic service. I felt like a client that was important to Pick n Pay. Mr Beukes went above and beyond.
