So disappointed by Pick n pay

Since 2018 I've been trying to get my dad's pension fund. I even went to the Head office but still nothing. They told me to write a statement and asked me for my dad's clock number how am I suppose to know his clock number because they are the ones who should have it. My father died in 2011 and he was still employed by Pick n pay. When I went to Pick n pay ( Berea) where he was working at the bakery department the manager Mr Barey Moose told me that there is nothing I won't get any money from them. I even went to Department of Justice. I don't know wherether they won't help us just because of our skin colour or something..
