Smelly meat

On Monday i went to picknpay in Carlton center to buy some food including mince meat. When i arrived at home i opened the meat it had a bad smell. Took it back and i was told i won't get exchange or any refund because their meat is in good condition. Their fridges were powered by a generator for 2 weeks since the cable theft. She was soo rude to me. Unprofessional stuff. They are treating us garbage. They have no manners whatsoever
