smashed Pond's facewash

I bought a pond's facewash together with my monthly toiletries at this Pick n Pay store on 1 March 2015 in the evening just before they closed. I didn't realise that thee facewash i picked is smashed on the lid I only realised that when I packed the toiletries out of the shopping bag. I went to have the facewash changed on Monday (with the slip) and only to be told that they don't exchange facewash because I might have used it.. Why the hell would I use something that's smashed on my face and risk having my skin fall off? It's not safe to use a face wash that is smashed and I was shocked that they think I used it... I still have the facewash and I'm not planning to throw it away until I have it changed. These stores think they can just use customers and give us **** stories! I will not back down,... I'll take this further up until I get what I deserve.. Oh and you've just lost a client.. I'm going to chop off the **** of a plastic you gave me for rewards
