Smartshopper points disappeared!
Just found out, without any notice, almost R600 saving with Smartshopper points have been taken away. Shocking, disappointing, no comms, and they say they value us? No-one told me - Ive been loyal and will not shop at Pick n Pay again until this is resolved. For shame taking this away from the elderly who saved points for so long. I cant trust such an organisation

Kindly note Smart Shopper points are valid for 12 months from the time they’re earned. The best way not to lose your PnP rewards is to make sure you spend them from time to time. We always use your oldest points first so use your points to save even more on every day shopping or treat yourself to something special. You can switch points on the app or via the kiosk.
