Smartshopper initiative is a ****
When I wanted to cash in my Smartshopper points I was informed by the cashier my points have already been redeemed. I had to phone a contact centre which was not helpful at all. I will not recommend the use of the Smartshopper initiative.

My opinion is that the tenants at BP service station in Virginia did the transaction. Please confirm.
