SmartShopper card PnP

Hellpeter. We have a smartshopper card from PnP. We acumilate our points . On the 11th October 2020 we went to PickñPay Steeldale and purchase a Skyworth tv. My husband have the app on his phone. When he had a look at our points. He saw that there were 2000 points reversed. Someone at Steeldale PnP is busy with ***** on these cards. We did a quiry about it. We are waiting for a answer from PnP Steeldale. The manager there Stanley cant be reached .

I wont swipe my card there again.
