Smart tv crack

I have brought smart feom pick n pay hyper . It was checked in the store before i took it ho.e . An hour later when i get home and open it and turn it on the tv was having a crack . I went to launch the complaint at the store it was within 2 hours and they couldn't help . They told me it is nolonger thwir responsibility , i just have to see what i will do .
