Smart shoppers card complaint

Every time me or my partner or family members goes to shop here and we want to use our smart shopper cards then there’s always issues ,when we want assistance then the staff has attitudes with us when asking for help.

It’s also not fair for customers to call with their own airtime to customer service to fix whatever the brand implemented with their smart shoppers card
