Smart shopper why offer discounts while you don't honour them also train your staff about your product

<p>I went to Pick n Pay in Mayfield square on the 09/04/17 as I received an email about the smartshoper personalised discout as soon i got to the store i went to activate the discounts so that they can ben loaded onto my card but after paying I realised that the promised discount did not take place I asked the cashier who assisted me and he told me he did not know why did tat happen and he asked a cashier seated next to him to assist she also didn't know. Not even the promised discount promised was app****. I am so disappointed about the service I received on the day because I always use Smart Shopper.</p>
