SMART SHOPPER VOUCHERS NOT LOADED 3 MTHS WAITING

I have been struggling since July for my OMO washing vouchers to be loaded. I keep being spun a new story each month. I spent R6k on a dryer and it came with 6 month vouchers for R20 off the OMO liquid. I have gone probably 10 times to PNP and this still is NOT sorted. Latest reference number is *** I've logged 2 complaints with smart shopper office and still nothing!
