Smart Shopper Voucher

I just want to find out, how is one suppose to use their vouchers when 2 smart shoppper machines have a printer problem, meaning one cannot print the vouchers therefore one forfeits the vouchers. I mean Vaal Mall pick n pay is so huge and its month end therefore people are doing their grocery shopping. I forfeited my vouchers because the printers for both machines was not working. I asked the Cashier and she told me there is nothing I can do. Please rather not give me vouchers if I will not even have access to them!!!!!
