Smart shopper useless and *****

Smart shopper is a ****! During May a promotion was held to receive 1000 points for refueling at BP to the value of R250 or more. This is about R23. Bp is by far not the cheapest in Grahamstown, but the 1000 bonus points made it worth while. I refuelled 4 times in May, each time swiping and receiving a slip that my points were loaded. At the end of May however, my total value on my smartshopper was R30! I mailed them, and received a reply the next day to submit my slips. I do not keep slips showing i received points. I sent them my bank statement indicating the transactions, to get a reply the next day that my profile was viewed and that i did receive points for 1 transaction. I was told that the 1000bonus points was a once off. My vouchers made no mention of being once off, it showed thst the voucher entitled me to the points, and it showed when swiping. Two days later i received a mail that they require my smartshopper nr...how did they view my profile without my nr in the first place? After that i received 2 more mails ststing they want my declined slips...***...nothing was declined, i received points every time. Then the msils reverted back to "no slips no points". I demanded to spk yo a consultant, who phoned me 5 times at 6pm. Again he wanted the " declined" slips.. THERE ARE NO DECLINED SLIPS. The consultant then changed his story again saying no slips no points. They are *****...makes me wonder how many other transactions are not captured. It is not about the R50's worth of points or the expensive diesel i put in....its all sbout principle.
