Smart Shopper "Swithed Value" switched to where?

I switched smart shopper points to the value of R 349.00 to "cash on card" some time ago by using the Pick 'n Pay cellphone app. The app proudly displays the "switched value" as R 349.00 but that's unfortunately where the "Cash on card" ends. Since "switching" I have made numerous purchases and the "cash value" was not reimbursed by way of any type of discount. I had to pay the full purchase value every time.

I have contacted Pick 'n Pay via the contact option on their website several times and have not received any feedback from them.

I have just this one question for Pick 'n Pay and other users of this website:

Is the "switched value" on the cellphone app real or is it just another **** which looks good on the app while it's actually valueless?
