Smart Shopper Shenanigans
Good day.
I lost my Smart Shopper card. I tried to get a new one activated, to no avail. The staff in Pretoria really tried to help me, but no one could get through to get my card activated. Just today I tried the helpline myself to get a smart shopper again, only to hear that the number ***is "unobtainable". What? So now what? Should I just find a new place to add my loyalties to?
