Smart Shopper **** by Pic n Pay
I reported to pic n pay that the smart shopper machine never has a functioning printer at pic n pay Protea glen Mall, i got feedback 60 days ago that they will look into it, to date the printer still doesn't work, it's been more than 6 months now and we still cant print discounts and claim our points, if it was in Sandton not Soweto they would have sorted it out in 24 hours, Pic n Pay disrespect customer in Soweto, maybe we should also stop buying at Pic n pay in soweto cause they are clearly running a **** on us with regards to their points system.
