Smart shopper ****

In 2011 i registered a smart shopper card which i have been swipping ever since. i have accumilated +/- R600 on this card. iv been recieving emails updating my progress.

I recently wanted to use my points and the call center informed me the card belongs to someone else. im confused as to how i physically have the card and recieving the emails with the same card number i have.

Does this other person have a duplicate card? this card is well carded to be swoped with someone elses. Im now left to believe Pick n pay either makes duplicates or when you have a certain amount on your card it suddenly belongs to someone else so that you dont get to claim the points.

Im shocked at level of loyalty. believing in the pick n pay brand then have them throw it at your face. very disappointed!!
