Smart shopper problems
Very bad service.
I wanted to buy some things at the Kenridge branch. Suddenly I heard that the card on my phone is not acceptable at this shop. Only a supervisor can punch in the card number. The manager says he can not because he does not have the authorisation to do so. He also said the Smart Shopper card is equivelant to a bank card.
Please inform me why some corporate shops accepts my smart shopper card with the number only and Kenridge can not?
