Smart shopper points wiped off by Pick n Pay

<p>I have contacted Pick N Pay about four times via phone already about the issue I am having. And have followed up with email half dozen times with either no response or while on phone they hang up or saying they escalated the issue to head office.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>My problem</p> <p>About eight weeks ago, I converted my points to Rand value by mistake on the phone app.</p> <p>I phoned the helpline to have that reversed but to this day nothing has happened and also my Rand value I converted by mistake is now showing as a zero balance. </p> <p> I had a Rand value of over R1,000. (ie over 10,000 points)</p> <p> </p> <p>This is very frustrating as I cannot view my points anywhere, nor am I able to spend it.</p> <p>I have always been a loyal customer with Pick N Pay and really disappointed with the service level I am receiving.</p> <p> </p> <p>I plan not to shop at Pick N Pay until matter resolved and would like to warn customers to watch their points closely.</p> <p> </p> <p>This has been the worst customer experience I have encountered ever to be ignored by Pick N Pay and no intention to rectify the matter!</p>
