Smart Shopper Points taken

<p>How secure is this. My mom's Smartshopper points were transferred to someone else, without her consent. Struggling over a month with numerous phone calls and e-mails and no-one resolving. She was advised to get a new card, which she did, trying to register, her ID is already registered under another person. This is *****elent activity? Can a manager of responsibility please contact us. This matter needs to be taken further, as this is *****ing. Looking forward to hearing from someone.</p>
