Smart Shopper Points ******
Been trying to get of smart shopper staff unsuccessfully. Around December 2017 I had points worth -+R700. I got and sms in January informing me that 2308 of my points will expire on the 1st of Feb. I went to exchange only to get R295 worth of points. nobody bothered to send me an sms to inform me about the R400 worth of points that disappeared end of Decemeber. I find it very sneaky and disgusting customer service. I want my R400 worth of points back.
