Smart Shopper Points Petrol Station Glitch

We are encouraged to fill up on petrol at BP Service Stations by lure of Pick n Pay Smart Shopper points, which I think is great. But the other day my husband was told the Smart Shopper points were not working that day because the petrol price had just changed.

The petrol price changes all the time. Are we to expect this problem every time? I would like the points for the petrol he bought, please. Isn't that fair?

Many thanks, Candice

P.S. I would normally use direct communication, but the last two pieces of feedback I have sent via the Pick n Pay website have received no response. I'm hoping this way I hear back.

Good Day,

I have yet to action this. I hope it is not too late. My apologies; I lost the slip and recently found it. Please could you resend the email address to which I can send the garage slips? It is no longer visible in the message above..

Many, many thanks.
