Smart Shopper Points Missing
I realised last week that my PnP Smart Shopper Points are all gone. I telephoned the Call Centre, held on for a long time then hung up. I have sent an email, with no response. PnP... Where are my points? I did not receive any warning before they were "taken away" I shop at PnP because of this benefit and i usually accumulate over R1000 before using them. I had used my points about a year ago. Do points expire in the order they are earned. This programme is not transparent. You cannot even see a statement of what you earned and when.
I had almost R1000 worth of points.
I request them back....I will consider rather going to checkers from now on and earn e-bucks instead.

Kindly note Smart Shopper points are valid for 12 months from the time they’re earned. The best way not to lose your PnP rewards is to make sure you spend them from time to time. We always use your oldest points first so use your points to save even more on every day shopping or treat yourself to something special. You can switch points on the app or via the kiosk.
We are sorry you didn't receive the communication that points are valid for 12 months from earning date via our emails or on till slips.
We have escalated to have your deleted points re-instated, the points will reflect within 7 business days.
