Smart shopper points lost
Now one ever told us that the smart shopper points will expire at any point. Lost over R600 in points. We complained and they only gave back R200 worth of points and gave us till end of Feb to use it. So once again Pick n Pay employees got a moerse bonus from other hard working people by *****ING 1000’s of peoples points cause don’t tell me that this points just vanish into thin air... someone is now lekker shopping at other peoples expence.

Kindly note Smart Shopper points are valid for 12 months from the time they’re earned. The best way not to lose your PnP rewards is to make sure you spend them from time to time. We always use your oldest points first so use your points to save even more on every day shopping or treat yourself to something special. You can switch points on the app or via the kiosk.
