Smart shopper Points GONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am very disgruntled about the service I have received. R2055.61 worth of points on Saturday morning and used my points to purchase some groceries on the ASAP app worth R1,004.84 which means the balance of my points should be R1,050.77 after the purchase but somehow ended up with R10.50c worth of points and now they added R5 based on my Saturday spend.

I have been following up on my points and all the agents that I have been getting through to have promised to get back to me on what has happened and corrected this error, it has been WAY OVER 24/28 HOURS and no feedback has been provided.

I do not know what type of ***** is happening in the background, some of us keep track of our points and this needs to Be sorted out ASAP
