Smart Shopper points cant be used

Been to pnp twice and both times im told i domt have points. When i ask thrm to double check then they find tge points but i cant use it because im not registered.. After 12 years of using it and working for Pnp thats their excuse. They can't help me register because they are offline and they dont have a Telkom line.. According to the manager. I put plus minus R3000 fuel pm at BP amd shop at pnp twice a week. Will rather use a different reqard card because nobody cares to assist.
