Smart Shopper Points

I got an email from Keano Solomon on the 13th of April stating that I had won R5000 in Smart Shopper points once again for filling up my car at BP. I completed the attached CPA form immediately and up to now I haven't received my prize. I was referred to Anwar Mooiden who responded on the 29th of April saying they're following up on the matter. I'm quite disappointed because I called their Customer Care and was put on hold for several minutes and still the issue is unresolved.
