Smart Shopper Points
1) Smart Shopper points- as far as I know you earn one point per Rand spend at Pick n Pay. If so please explain how the points where calculated on the following purchases; Total sales R507.89 + vat R66.25, R538.87. Rands earned R2.73, how did you get to this value? 2) Every since PnP started the points system with BP I have been filling up with them, swiping my card. What happened to these point?

Please note For every whole South African R2 spent on point-eligible items, 1 Smart Shopper point will be earned. No Smart Shopper points are earned on Cent amounts. You will receive your Smart Shopper points within 5 days of a transaction.
The BP points are loaded on your smart shopper card, Smart Shopper points earned on Eligible Transactions will be calculated by rounding down to the nearest whole litre of fuel purchased from a participating BP service station. eg 20l X 20 points = 400 points. ****il 31/04/2019) it will be 10 points per litre afterwards.
