Smart shopper points
Good day Vanitha
I don't understand why I need to write a new post everything to get feedback on my original post. Can someone please assist me in explaining this?
Am I correct in saying that the Smart Shopper points needs to be divided by 100 to find the Rand value?
Was this always the case?

As per your previous request an email was sent to you with your smart shopper card history, we hope that you have received this document. Previously customers used to get 1 point for every R1 spent however the points structure has changed since 2016 where for every R2 spent you will receive 1 smart shopper point.
This change was introduced to enable our customers to get more discounts and personalized vouchers to enable our customers to benefit more out of our loyalty programme.
1 point = 1 cent
100 points = R1.00
1000 points = R10.00
