The following complaint logged on web feedback was ignored without ANY feedback... Points switched to Vodacom airtime was deducted without the loading of the switched airtime (R97 from Card number: ###### to Vodacom Airtime for ##### on 4? June 2018). Please refund Shopper points or load airtime.
