Smart Shopper Palaver

<p>I went to use my points and it requested my ID Number. Previously, the terminal would give you options of either passport number or ID number, Login in to my online account is not helpful either. There aren't any prompts after clicking on my smart shopper under my settings....what a waste.</p> <p> </p> <p>Pick 'n Pay Observatory and Vangate are the worst stores I have been to. Their staff are rude. Please mind your business, don't question why i am buying so many ******s and don't side eye me because I am querying a price difference. Take a leaf from the Rondebosch Pick N Pay</p>
