Smart Shopper Offline at BP

Why is the link between BP and Smart Shopper always an issue?!?! I've lost so much points at BP when filling fuel because they're forever having issues with the Smart Shopper card.

I've never experienced it at Engen with my Clicks card.

Been experiencing this issue for at least 3 years now.

Time to look at if the team is competent to host such a service.
