Smart shopper not so smart after all.

For the last month I have been trying to replace my old smart shopper card and also updaye my details to no avail. I tried calling them but no answer, I tried doing it via WhatsApp and that is just not helpful at all. What is the reason behind all this unnecessary drama just to het a smart shopper card reactivated 🤔😤🥱
