Smart Shopper Malfunctioning Call Centre

After I lost my Smart Shopper card, I was provided instore with a replacement card. Activating the replacement card has become a bridge too far for Pick 'n Pay. All the social media Apps are just a decoy for them to do nothing. To add to my misery, my cellphone number changed and Pick 'n Pay has no idea how to deal with such an event. Instore staff have been awesome in their willingness to assist just to find out how useless the Smart Shopper call centre is. It seems they are using cheap VOIP internet phone lines combined with poorly trained staff operating from an extremely noisy office and you have a perfect mess. Shame on you Pick 'n Pay.
