Smart shopper Intercape vouchers

Hi

i went to Pnp Kraaifontein Money kiosk 14 December 2021, and asked if i could use a Vodacom Vodapay Intercape voucher and also 2 Smart shopper Intercape vouchers to book a bus ticket and the lady said yes its possible.

I also called the Intercape callcentre and asked a senior consultant if its possible and was told yes you can book the bus ticket with the vouchers .

I then purchased the Vodacom Vodapay Intercape voucher and swopped 10000 points for 2 R100 vouchers.

The lady at the Pnp Money market tried to use the Vodacom Vodapay Intercape voucher but the system does not pick it up.

I then called the Pnp Smartshopper number but they could not assist and told me to call the Intercape number ... i emailed Intercape the 3 vouchers and they could only do a booking with the Vodacom Vodapay voucher. The Pnp Intercape vouchers they cant use online .... they booked my buss ticket .

Now im sitting with 2 x R100 vouchers i cant use\ spent 10000 Smartshopper points unnecessary.

I have called the Smartshopper number so many times and explained my story and was eventually promised by a manager on the phone that the 10000 smartshopper points will be refunded but im still waiting....

This is so frustrating and so much time wasted .
