smart shopper dep pathetic

<p>Pathetic or actually no service received from the smart shopper department.</p> <p> </p> <p>I shopped at pick n pay and was supposed to receive R25 off my purchase of R250 or more.</p> <p> </p> <p>I did not need much but i bought for R250 to get my discount.</p> <p> </p> <p>It did not go off at the till. The till supervisor phoned the smart shopper department and the lady on the phone was rude and not at all helpfull.</p> <p> </p> <p>Bottom line being, the smart shopper department was rude and not helpfull. If i treated a customer like that i would be fired. </p> <p> </p> <p>I want the R25 i was supposed to receive off my purchase today. It is due to me.</p>
