Smart Shopper card "*****"

I lost my smart shopper card and a "not so decent" person picked it up and shopped at Pick 'n Pay Liquor store with the credit on my card. I reported it to customer services by phone and e-mail, who sent me a statement of transactions for my card. Nothing else. I asked to be sent the Legal Department's details and received no reply. I was shocked that anyone can just pick up a card and buy with it, without requesting ID. My card was registered with my ID number. Please be wary - your card is as good as cash, look after it.
