Smart Shopper card **** discounts

My Smart Shopper card has a R12 discount on PnP Cheddar which I uploaded onto my card yet when we bought the cheese the discount did not reflect. I did not query it as one has to explain in great detail and one is normally met with disdain by the supervisor who treats us like dirt.

And another issue is with their paninis - how can they charge R10 for four one day and the next day it's back to R15.50 for four? Absolute rip-off.

Judging by the amounts of bad ratings on this portal, PnP clearly don't give a #### about their customers.
