SMART Shopper card DETAILS update issues.

How on God's green earth does a person update your contact details linked to your smart shopper?? I log into the cell app - doesn't want to link my smart shopper as it's linked to another account apparently. My takealot MORE links to the Smart shopper card? I try to login via my ID number then it asks passwords for a cell nr I no longer have since 2012... and a gmail email that according to gmail - doesn't even exist????

How do I update all my details to the smart shopper card I HAVE.
