Smart Shopper Card deactivated
Smart Shopper Card no longer active at POS yet cannot process a new one due to the system showing as card still active Call center agent flippant card has expiry date and or mag strip faulty (test on two separate POS devices and get same results not active) Receive SMS and email that call has been resolved yet no smart shopper card working
