Smart shopper card cash value
I was very disappointed with my smart shopper points. The last time I converted my points to cash was in January 2017. Today the 16 December I went to convert my points to cash , I only received R120 cash back , My monthly shopping at Pick n pay is minimum R1000 per month,
Please can someone confirm how this is possible

From 30 March 2017, the smart shopper points allocation was changed. Smart Shopper, although you will now earn them at 1 point for every R2 you spend in Pick n Pay. Points you’ve already earned are not affected at all. If you shop regularly with Pick n Pay we think you will find these vouchers really good and very relevant to what you want to buy most often.
Smart Shopper is now going to be giving you personal discounts every week on products you buy most often. We are going to deliver personal discounts Just for You worth over R500 per year. You will get three personalised instant cash off discounts every single Thursday on the things you buy most often.
