Smart Shopper Card

<p>My daughter visit "Pick 'n Pay" in Fichard Park ,Bloemfontein,on the 30th July 2016 and bought R900 worth of goods.She took her Smart Shopper Card,with credit R349 on it and place it in front of the Cashier.The Cashier started billing the goods and when my daughter asked about the Card she answered that she do not noticed it and start scanning it but all in vain.The credit were gone and now se had to pay the full amount and also had to wait 7 days for the credit to be back on the card.</p> <p>It is to day 2016/10/25 and nothing happend.I send e-mails to Susan Tsiu and Smart Shopper Stores and received lots of promisses but no credit.</p> <p>Thanking You.</p> <p>Johan Park</p>
