Smart Shopper Card

Good day<br> <br> I have a smart shopper card that I open at Cornwall View Pick n Pay. I wanted to use the money available on the card R109 and when i wanted to use my card I could not because they said i was not registered. Then they said I had opened another one somewhere else, but I did not because it is my first card. I want it sorted out because this is unfair, we thought it is easy to use your card but it is not when you really need to. I really want it to be sorted out as soon as possible.
