Smart shopper call center department - AMELIA

One of your *"CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS* I repeat *CUSTOMER SERVICE* agents by the name of Amelia (REFUSED TO GIVE SURNAME) from the smart shopper Call centre, needs some training and guidance on what a CUSTOMER SERVICE agent is and how to treat frustrated clients!!! Listening is a skill 1stly, 2ndly obviously I'm contacting the call centre because I have an issue that needs to be resolved, I don't feel like dealing with representatives who think I'm calling them asking for personal favour's! Do your job... Listen to the client and assist! After being transferred all over the show, phone call for +30min , I was advised that ONLY SMART SHOPPER dept can assist, the first person and department I was in contact with! So once again disappointed by PnP.
