Called to follow up on a query, Wandile handled my call on the 03.07.2024 and still no feedback, called again today and asked for a complaints email address, he said have a look at the back of your card, i advised it's in the car and again he said all the information is there; while talking to him, he puts me on hold without informing me. Tells me there is nothing we can do only Ian Samuels can assist with the query. Also, false advertising on their pamphlet.
