SMART SHOPPER ACCOUNT A JOKE AND WASTE OF TIME

PnP Smart Shopper Card. You get bombarded by friendly agents trying to get you to open a Smart Shopper Account everytime you enter the store. Finally did the online application, uploaded all documents. Application cancelled without notification due to documents not being uploaded. Phoned them, advised of this, uploaded documents. Had to send documents twice in different formats, had to follow up telephonically 5 times. Still no answer as to whether account approved. Finally phoned again and was advised that application cancelled, documents out of date. Gave them documents for the preceding 5 months. No notification of cancellation, no communication from them. Absolute waste of time. Probably need to give them a blood sample and genetic history as well in order for account to be approved as well as beg them for information. You can keep your account.
