Smart Shopper

<p>I have had a smart shopper card for years the the money that I could redeem was valued at R680-00. When trying to redeem the money at the machine I was told that the card belonged to somebody else and that was not my id number. Was this card swopped at the till for somebody elses or are they sopping id number for smart shopper cards at the admin offices of Pick n Pay on purpose so that we can not redeem our money. The same happened to my husbands card. It was blocked for the same reasons???? On the 23rd December my daughters bought Pick n Pay groceries to the value of R1568.26.The card was swiped and given back to her. When returning home she checked the bottom of her slip. It said "Smart shopper is offline". Has smart shopper been offline for the duration of the christmas shopping??? SMART SHOPPER CARDS ARE A *****ULANT **** TO ATTACT THE PEOPLE TO SHOP AT PICK N PAY. DISGUSTING BUSINESS ETHICS!!!!!!!</p>
