Smart Shopper

<p>I have had a smart shopper card for years and I had R685-00 worth of smart shopper points which I was saving to use for my christmas shopping. When trying to redeem the money I was told that my card was not my card and that it belonged to somebody else. Their id starts 84 mine starts 58. How did that happen? Was my card swopped at the till without my knowledge or are id numbers being swopped in the Pick n Pay admin offices on purpose so that the money can not be given. The same occurence happened with my husbands card ?????? On the 23rd December I was shopping with my daughter. Her bill came to R1598-00. Quess what? Smart shopper was currently offline. Was smart shopper off line for the days running up to christmas??? SMART SHOPPER IS A **** A FRAULENT **** TO ATTRACT PEOPLE TO THE SHOP UNDER FALSE PRETENCES. </p>
