Smart Shopper
Numerous emails have been sent to Pick n Pay about their Smart Shopper. I have now been to Pick and Pay 3 times only to find the Smart Shopper Kiosk Machines do not work and one is unable to load various Smart Shopper discounts onto ones card. Needless to say one loses out on discounts. I have also contacted the call centre who advised they would sort the problem out. They never did. Pick n Pay used to be good but now I may as well shop at checkers which is much closer to me and I will save on petrol. They also advise one to keep ones slip for a discount on your next shop - why do they not give the discount there and then. Sorry Pick n Pay but you are losing out. Why have an email address for complaints and you then do not reply. Three emails and nothing forthcoming. Not very good.
