Smart Shopper
Very disappointed to find out my Smart Shopper points expired without any notice . I mostly shop at PNP for the points to accumulate to assist when needed . I had these points since the inception of this loyalty program and normally receive sms/email when there are promotions but they never informed that the points will expire . Is this just another scheme to trick customers into shopping at Pick n Pay?
Well that's it for Pick n Pay , There is a Checkers and Spar close to me that I now be supporting . They also have a rewards program. Let me continue my frustration on all social media platforms and friends to inform them of yours tricks for them to shop at PNP.

Smart Shopper points are valid for 12 months from the time they’re earned. Only points older than 12 months will expire and not all of your points, and points older than 12 months will continue to expire on a rolling month basis.
